The project entailed construction of a highrise office block of gross lettable area of 32,500 m2 and 1,000 parking bays in adjacent Parkade building. . Howard Humphreys role in the project included civil/ structural engineering designs and drawings preparation and periodic site supervision of the civil/concrete works construction works. Full time Supervision of the Structural Steel works installation

The Britam Tower in Nairobi became the first building in Kenya to be EDGE certified under the Edge sustainability programme. This has raised sustainable standards for office builds across the continent.
