The Project entailed design, construction and commissioning of a retail complex built on four different levels.

Subcontracted by Arup Howard Humphreys offered design review and construction supervision for mechanical, electrical and civil / structural engineering services

Garden City Mall was awarded LEED Gold Certification for implementing solutions aimed at achieving high performance in site development, materials selection, energy efficiency, water savings, and indoor environmental quality.
