The development involved construction of University Centre amongst other facilities. Howard Humphreys provided civil /Structural and Mechanical /Electrical engineering designs and drawings preparation and periodic site supervision of the construction works.

The project attained EDGE Advance Green  Building Certification for its holistic approach of incorporating sustainability and energy use reduction in its design. this bolstered its reputation for being environmentally responsible.
