- Project Description: City Lodge Hotel Group Tanzania Limited developed a 3-Star Hotel in Dar es salaam at the junction of Magore street and Vijibweni street. The development comprised of 8-storey Hotel facility with a sub-basement with 50 parking and mechanical rooms, Ground floor with 26 parking, dining area, swimming pool and reception parlor. The conference rooms are located on 1st floor while 144 hotel rooms are distributed from 1st to 6th floor.
