Howard Humphreys has been engaged by Chandaria Industries Ltd (CIL) to provide master planning, architecture and engineering consulting services and construction monitoring of the Tissue Manufacturing Facility at Chandaria Industries Ltd site at Tatu City. The project site is located in Tatu City which is north of Nairobi City in the Ruiru sub-county (which forms part of Nairobi metropolitan region). The scope of work will entail a tissue factory to be developed on a 11.6-acre piece of land and will cover approximately 34,500sqm.

Master Planning
Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Civil engineering services from inception to detailed design through to tender action of the Main Tissue factory and ancillary buildings
