At the end of 1999, Howard Humphreys Kenya Limited a KBR company in Kenya transferred delivery of all its on-going projects in East Africa to Howard Humphreys (East Africa) Limited.  Howard Humphreys (East Africa) Limited, a fully owned Kenyan Business, was established under a Management Buyout of the on-going projects by senior staff. In January 2007 Howard Humphreys (Tanzania) Limited a KBR company was acquired by Howard Humphreys (East Africa) Limited from KBR.
